Question: What is that smell on my apparel?
Answer: When you open your bag of garments, you may notice a strong vinegar smell. This is due to the pretreatment process we use before printing the designs on our garments. After the pretreatment is applied and the image is printed, the garment is sent through a dryer. Once the garment passes quality control, it is bagged and labeled for shipping, which can intensify the smell.
Removing the smell is simple. Just wash the garment inside out in cold water with a mild detergent, and the smell will disappear.
